Assessment of buildings, villas, structures, lands of all occupancies and building materials;
Assessment and determination of rentals of structures related to traffic services, and parking lots;
Surveying and determination of the metes and bounds and locations, and reporting the special volumes of earthworks (backfills) in projects;
Preparing architectural drawings, structural drawings, and the blueprint of electric and other installations of existing buildings;
Surveying and implementation of the metes and bounds of properties on aerial maps;
Implementing properties of any cadastral plate within urban regions on the basis of the thoroughfare divisions of each district in the aerial maps;
Surveying of lands and conducting the related calculations of earthworks;
Recognizing the registration limits and bounds and taking care of registration disputes.
